Supply Chain System Support (SAP/ERP)
Kedrion Biopharma is recruiting for their Supply Chain System Support (SAP/ERP) vacancy.
If you have used ERP systems / SAP within a manufacturing / warehouse environment and think you have what it takes to be our Subject Matter Expert, keeping the ERP system updated with the right information so that materials are available for manufacturing, then we would like to hear from you!
Working collaboratively with key departments such as Warehouse, Planning, Procurement, and Quality, you will be the main lead contact for supporting both Warehouse and Manufacturing teams with issue resolution and training when required.
This role is based on-site in Elstree, Hertfordshire. Our site is not easily accessible by public transport so please take this into consideration when applying as this role is fully on-site.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To be the main lead contact for supporting both Warehouse and Manufacturing teams with issue resolution and training when required.
- Analyse causes of ERP issues and errors and develop solutions to reduce incidence of errors.
- To provide support across the areas to minimise impact of ERP issues to production schedule and batch release.
- Establish and develop improvement initiatives to maximise yield, quality, and safety and to minimise down time and waste.
- To support the MRB process in terms of liaising with Manufacturing with regards to SAP investigations
- To support Cycle counts within the Manufacturing areas, to drive a shop floor accuracy of >98%
- To create training material on how to investigate inventory variances.
- To ensure that all relevant SOPs are up to date and refer to any SAP transaction.
- Recording by means of SAP, details of all stock movements and issues of incoming and outgoing materials and equipment.
- Creation of Warehouse picking lists from SAP.
- To be the main contact point for all administration tasks for the Warehouse.
- Ordering controlled documents
- To create the documentation for all materials movements between Elstree and Pulleyn.
- To use SAP to aid problem solving with their key stakeholders.
Skills & experience to help you within the role –
- Experience using Microsoft package and Warehouse based system.
- Previous experience of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Previous experience of GDP (Good Distribution Practice)
- Pharmaceutical/Food manufacturing experience
- Experience of using SAP or equivalent system
- Knowledge of a Manufacturing business and it’s processes
